Computer, Notebook, and Server Systems Fidelitech Warranty Coverage!

 

All custom computers, notebooks, server systems, network attached and server storage systems are covered under either a one-year, two-year, three-year or four-year standard limited warranty as indicated on the sales invoice. All systems covered under a Fidelitech limited warranty include both parts and labor, against any manufacture defects in material or workmanship. All systems include either an depot or on-site limited warranty. All claims on a depot warranty must be delivered via in-person or carrier to Fidelitech as indicated below. All claims on a on-site warranty need to follow the steps outlined below.

Standard Limited Warranty Hardware Coverage:


The following items are covered under the warranty for the entire period indicated on the sales invoice:

CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT, RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY, MOTHERBOARD, HARD DRIVE, HARD DRIVE ENCLOSURES AND EXPANDER UNITS, MONITOR/DISPLAY, KEYBOARD, POINTING DEVICE, SPEAKERS, OPTICAL DEVICES (DVD-ROM, CD-ROM, CD-RW, DVD-RW), FLOPPY DRIVE, POWER SUPPLY, POWER DISTRIBUTION UNITS, SOUND CARDS, VIDEO CARDS, VIDEO CAPTURE DEVICES, TV TUNERS, MULTI-CARD READERS, MODEMS, NETWORK ADAPTERS, STORAGE (RAID) CONTROLLERS, FANS and AC/DC POWER CORD.

Return Merchandise Procedures: Depot Warranty


Unless otherwise specified, most Fidelitech systems are serviced within 72 hours from receipt. Simply follow the five easy steps below to service your system.

  1. Contact our technical support team by dialing Toll-Free 877.317.5148 or local 801-263-8858 to diagnose the problem with our technician.
  2. Provide the technician with your serial number and invoice number for verification.
  3. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
  4. Package your system securely and ship via carrier pre-paid or transport to Fidelitech authorized facility. (We recommend packaging your system with our original manufacturer's carton for maximum protection during transport. Fidelitech is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage during transport resulting from improper packaging.)
  5. Fidelitech covers all return transport costs for the initial year.

Service Call Procedures: On-Site Warranty


For all custom systems covered by a on-site warranty we strive to diagnose the issue within 4 business hours and have the failure fixed within 48 hours, typically within 24 hours, dependant on availability of the parts needed on-site. Simply follow the five easy steps below to service your system.

  1. Contact our technical support team by dialing Toll-Free 877.317.5148 or local 801-263-8858 to diagnose the problem with our technician.
  2. Provide the technician with your serial number and invoice number for verification.
  3. Obtain a Service Call Authorization (SCA) Number.
  4. If shipping the part is necessary, you will be provided with an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for the part as well as a tracking number if needed.
  5. An appointment will be scheduled to conduct the warranty service.

Non-Warranty Coverage:


The Fidelitech standard limited warranty covers all computer, notebook, and server systems under normal usage conditions and does not cover any damages as a direct result of user misuse, negligence, accident, abuse, natural catasrophe, problems with electrical power, or problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by our organization.
The Fidelitech standard limited warranty is void upon any unauthorized servicing, disassembly or modifications. All authorizations must be expressed and in writing by Fidelitech. Authorizations can be requested by dialing Toll-Free 877.317.5148 or local 801.263.8858.
Optical Devices, Floppy Drives, Keyboards, card readers, speakers, and pointing devices may only be replaced once over the period of a given warranty. Exceptions may apply. Call an representative for more information.
