What does your Unlimited Managed Services Package Include?
The purpose of our unlimited services packages are to provide all the services needed for your servers, network equipment, desktops, and notebooks at a budgetable flat fee per month. We offer these services for the entire office or on a per server, network component, desktop, or notebook basis.

  • All of the packages include monitoring for all covered equipment, operating systems and applications.
  • Telephone and Remote Help Desk, Depot Service and Onsite Service for all covered equipment, operating systems and applications.
  • We provide Technology Vendor Management in relation to the covered equipment, operating systems and applications. Anytime a problem arises with a device or line of business application serviced by a vendor we manage the resolution for you. On-site. Over the phone. No Problem. One call to us is all that is needed.
